Medical Packaging Inc., LLC (MPI)’s Auto-Draw® Oral Syringe Filling System is a semi-automatic solution that is capable of precisely filling most oral slip syringes ranging from 1 mL up to 50 mL in volume of varying viscosities. With a compact footprint and easy-to-navigate touch screen interface, MPI’s Auto-Draw Oral Syringe Filling System automates batch filling of disposable syringes with speed, accuracy, and repeatability. Setup is as easy as drawing an empty, sterile syringe to the desired graduation mark and tapping the syringe to the screen, setting the draw which will be repeated for the duration of the filling process.
High speed filling operations can be completed in a matter of a few seconds, and no additional software is required. MPI’s Auto-Draw Oral Syringe Filling System can be used with most brands of oral slip syringes, allowing users to continue using their current supplier, and it does not require the purchase of syringes from another manufacturer. The use of MPI’s economical and disposable tubing makes for easy cleanup between batches and is offered at roughly ½ the price of those offered by competing syringe filling machines from other medical device manufacturers. Medication can be poured into the supply container or drawn directly from the manufacturer’s container.
